I got a call from the happy recipient in LA ! This is my 2nd time ordering from French Florist from out of state, and both times delighted. Fantastic same-day delivery service - their same day delivery cut-off timer on their website helps when ordering online. I also called to be sure and the person from the other line was pleasant and reassured me all will be taken care of. Best of all, the flower arrangement was just like what they advertise. i decided to pop into this quaint looking place while on my way to my mother in law's birthday, and i could not be more happy that i did. After being stunned by the size of the operation happening inside this unassuming (from the outside) establishment, I was helped by a very welcoming and polite staff and was able to walk out the door within 10 minutes with an absolutely gorgeous bouquet of flowers that fit my MiL perfectly, colorful and sweet. They even let me take a beautiful box of chocolates for free as long as i wrote a review, which i would have definitely done for this amazing team regardless!

It was my first time ordering flowers from French Florist and they delivered beautiful flowers to my friend. They promptly sent an email confirming receipt of the order and when the flowers were delivered, sent an email notifying me of their delivery. Excellent service and beautiful floral arrangement. I will definitely use French Florist again.

The location is on a corner, very easy to access. Street parking is best. Once I was in, there's a small space as soon as you walk in and you're right in front of the register. The inside seemed very clean, would have been cool to walk to the flower cooler to see the flowers upfront as well. I came in to get some baby blue eucalyptus as a gift and I was very impressed! The bundle was very fresh and fragrant! Love the presentation, simple but there's an elegance to it. I was helped by Tiara, very nice. Would definitely come back again.
